Customer must be present to win.

The winner will receive $1,000 in Mistletoe Money to spend at participating Henryetta merchants by January 1, 2027.

Participating merchants may redeem Mistletoe Money received from customers with the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce for payment by January 15, 2027.

Participating Chamber merchants will receive a packet in November containing:

• 40 entry tickets
• An envelope for collecting completed tickets
• Promotional Marketing Flyers for your business

When a customer makes a purchase, the merchant will give the customer one ticket. The customer completes the ticket with their name and phone number and returns it to the merchant. The merchant places the completed ticket in the provided envelope.

• Distribute one ticket with qualifying purchases.
• Encourage customers to complete and return their tickets.
• Keep completed tickets in the provided envelope.
• Be open during the designated participation period.

Envelope pickup: December 18 between 4:00–5:00 PM.

To participate in the Mistletoe Money promotion, merchants must be open during at least ONE of the designated shopping periods listed below:

• December 4, 5-8PM
• December 5, during Mistletoe Market hours (11 AM–8 PM)
• December 11, 5-8PM
• December 12, during Mistletoe Market hours (11 AM–8 PM)
• December 18, 5–8 PM
• December 19, during Mistletoe Market hours (11 AM–8 PM)

Merchants are encouraged to participate during multiple periods to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.

These promotions are more than a giveaway—they are designed to connect holiday shoppers with Henryetta businesses.

Participating merchants will receive promotional exposure through Chamber marketing leading up to and during the events. Merchants participating in the Mistletoe Money promotion will also be featured in marketing materials encouraging Mistletoe Market shoppers to visit participating businesses.

Participation can help your business:

• Reach new shoppers.
• Encourage purchases.
• Introduce customers to your products or services.
• Create additional holiday shopping traffic.
• Be included in Chamber promotional efforts.
• Benefit from Mistletoe Market activity.
• Give customers another reason to Shop Local.

Merchants may find it beneficial to adjust business hours, extend holiday shopping hours, or set up a vendor table at Mistletoe Market to take advantage of increased visitor traffic.

The goal is simple: Bring shoppers to Henryetta and give them more opportunities to shop with local businesses.

When a customer uses Mistletoe Money at your business:

• Customer presents Mistletoe Money at the time of purchase.
• Merchant accepts Mistletoe Money toward eligible purchases.
• Mistletoe Money is Chamber-issued promotional credit and is not cash.
• Merchant keeps the Mistletoe Money received from the customer.
• Merchant submits collected Mistletoe Money to the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce.
• The Chamber will verify and reimburse the merchant by check.
• Merchants must submit Mistletoe Money by January 15, 2027 for reimbursement.

$1,000 Mistletoe Money Giveaway Rules

• The winner will receive $1,000 in Mistletoe Money.
• Mistletoe Money must be spent at participating Henryetta Chamber merchants.
• May be divided among multiple purchases and combined with other payment forms.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used for gift cards.
• Cannot be used for loans or already incurred payments or debts of any kind.
• Cannot be used at any financial institutions .
• Purchases rounded up to nearest dollar; no change given.
• Valid only at participating redemption 2026 Mistletoe Money merchants.
• Subject to individual merchant return/exchange policies.

Expiration

Mistletoe Money must be used by January 1, 2027. Any unused funds after this date are forfeited and may be designated toward future promotions. No extensions will be granted.
