Henryetta Chamber of Commerce Application for Membership
Application is hereby made for membership in the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce to help
support Henryetta’s economic vitality and quality of life. Membership is open to all
businesses and individuals in the Henryetta area, as well as any company with an interest
in doing business in this community.
By joining, you become part of a network dedicated to strengthening local commerce,
promoting growth, and enhancing opportunities for our members and residents.

Chamber Membership Investment Levels
The following investment schedule outlines the annual membership dues for businesses, organizations, and professional categories within the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce.
Category "A" – Basic Rate (All businesses except those listed in distinct categories)
New Memberships receive a 50% discount for the first year (Annual Only).

Category "E" – Organizations / Individuals
Civic clubs, churches, individuals, etc.

The applicant understands that Chamber memberships renew automatically each year unless
written notice of cancellation is provided in accordance with Chamber policy. Membership
investments are deductible as a normal business expense but are not considered charitable
contributions.
