To encourage local shopping in Henryetta during the holiday season, the Chamber of Commerce is hosting a community-wide Shop Small Saturday promotion. This event is designed to support our local business community—giving businesses that are not normally open on Saturdays a seamless way to participate as well!

Grand Prizes

Two separate vacation vouchers will be given away during the drawing:

• First Drawing: One Cruise Vacation Voucher
• Second Drawing: One All-Inclusive Resort Stay Voucher

How It Works for Merchants & Customers

• Merchant Packets: Participating Chamber merchants will receive an event packet containing 20 numbered entry tickets and a collection envelope.
• Qualifying Purchases: Merchants give a ticket to customers with qualifying purchases (what constitutes a qualifying purchase is left entirely up to the individual business).
• Entry Collection: The customer fills out the ticket with their name and phone number and returns it to the merchant, who places it in the provided collection envelope.

Important Dates & Deadlines

• Ticket Pickup: Merchants must have their completed envelopes ready for pickup on Saturday, November 28 between 1:00–2:00 PM.
• Alternative Drop-off: If your business will not be open on Saturday, November 28, tickets may be dropped off at the Chamber office by 5:00 PM on Friday, November 27.
• The Drawing: Saturday, November 28 at 2:00 PM at The Briefcase.
