By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that your submission constitutes a binding agreement to sponsor the selected event. You promise and agree to pay the total sponsorship amount specified above to the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce. Payments are due in accordance with the Chamber's payment terms prior to the event. Unpaid sponsorships may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits and recognition.
